About the Role
Are you ready to scale a cutting-edge digital twin platform that is transforming how heavy asset industries operate?
We are seeking a driven, commercially sharp, and strategic Growth Manager to accelerate our business expansion across the heavy asset industry (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Utilities) sectors within the EMEA region. In this role, you will champion our digital twin and simulation technology, Falkor Surface—a powerful platform that gives heavy-asset enterprises a single, unified surface to monitor operations, calibrate settings, and optimize facility performance throughout the asset lifecycle.
As our Growth Manager, your primary mission is to deliver and execute our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, driving high-impact sales, business development, and regional growth to meet our ambitious scaling goals.
What You’ll Do
Drive GTM & Sales: Execute on the EMEA growth strategy; originate new enterprise opportunities, manage a robust sales funnel via CRM, and deliver predictable revenue forecasting.
Articulate Value: Translate complex technical architectures, data standards, and APIs into compelling, value-driven business cases for C-suite and technical stakeholders alike.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Delivery teams to define irresistible value propositions across the entire sales lifecycle.
Client Engagement & Shaping: Lead deep-dive customer discovery sessions, navigate complex procurement/bid processes, and shape innovative commercial pricing models that maximize mutual value.
Strategic Market Expansion: Conduct market research and customer segmentation to target high-value opportunities. Proactively identify potential ecosystem partners or strategic M&A targets.
Scale the Business: Actively contribute to internal process optimization as we rapidly scale. Be ready to "wear multiple hats" and thrive in a fast-paced, high-exposure environment.
What You Bring
Industry Expertise: Proven experience working within or consulting for the heavy asset industry (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Utilities), with a deep understanding of operations and maintenance processes.
SaaS/Software Track Record: A demonstrable track record of success in Enterprise SaaS or heavy industrial software sales, including a strong grasp of complex software bidding and procurement cycles.
Commercial & Financial Acumen: Strong experience building data-driven business cases, running value assessments, and connecting software capabilities directly to customer ROI.
Leadership & Ownership: Exceptional leadership abilities with the confidence to navigate complex customer environments, take total ownership of deals, and drive commercial results.
Technical Literacy: Ability to comfortably discuss functional roadmaps, data integration patterns, APIs, and service architectures with technical stakeholders.
Collaborative & Adaptive Mindset: A team-first attitude with the ability to leverage the strengths of the wider organization to win. Flexibility and adaptability are essential for this high-growth phase.
